The group takes doctoral and master's students, and welcomes postdoctoral researchers and collaborators working on catalysis for sustainable materials.
Who we look for
A background in inorganic, organometallic or polymer chemistry is the usual starting point. Beyond that, what matters is a willingness to do careful, air-sensitive synthetic work and to follow a result until it is properly understood.
What you would work on
Ring-opening polymerization of lactides and cyclic esters, with stereocontrol
Ring-opening copolymerization of epoxides with CO₂ and anhydrides
Metal-free and organocatalytic routes to polyesters
Polymer characterization and process development
